Cancellation Policy
I totally understand — life happens! Things come up, plans change, and sometimes the unexpected gets in the way. I always aim to be as flexible as possible, but as a one-woman business, late cancellations and no-shows can have a real impact.
My goal is to give you the best service possible, while also protecting the time and energy I put into every appointment. So here’s a little rundown of my cancellation policy:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service booked.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
This policy helps cover the time I’ve set aside just for you — time I can’t rebook at short notice.
Travel Appointments
If I’m coming to you, a small travel fee will apply for locations outside the salon. I’ll always confirm this in advance, so there are no surprises.
Refund Policy
My goal is always to make sure you leave feeling confident and completely happy with your hair. While I don’t offer refunds, I truly care about your satisfaction — so if for any reason you’re not 100% happy with the result, please let me know. I’m more than happy to offer a follow-up appointment at no extra charge to make sure we get everything just right.
